This Privacy Policy defines the principles of processing and protecting personal data provided by Users in connection with using the ReadAndLearn.it platform.

The personal data controller is Adam Tychoniewicz, Wąska 14, 05-850 Jawczyce, Poland, hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator".

Users' personal data is processed in accordance with the principles set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), as well as the provisions of the Polish Act on the Protection of Personal Data, implementing acts to this Act, and the Act on the provision of services by electronic means of 18 July 2002.

The Administrator may collect the following data:

• Account name (freely chosen by the User, does not constitute personal data)
• Social login data (Google user identifier, basic profile information according to permissions)
• Platform usage data (learning progress, statistics, activity history)
• Technical data (IP address, browser information, device type, operating system)
• Analytics data collected through tools such as Google Analytics
• Device token for push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging)

3. Data Processing Purposes

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Providing educational services through the Platform (website and mobile application)
• Creating and managing User accounts, including guest accounts
• Enabling login through social media accounts (Google)
• Storing User learning progress, statistics, and activity history
• Communication with Users, including sending push notifications
• Content personalization and material adaptation to User level
• Analysis and improvement of Platform functionality using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Sending newsletters (with User consent)
• Fulfilling the Administrator's legal obligations

Personal data is processed based on:

• Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• Legitimate interests of the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

5. User Account Deletion

Users have the ability to delete their account from the application at any time. Upon account deletion, all data will be permanently erased, including learning progress, statistics, and activity history. Account deletion can be performed in the account settings within the application. 6. Data Retention Period

Personal data is stored for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, and thereafter for the period and scope required by law. Users may request deletion of their data at any time.

7. Data Sharing

Personal data may be shared with the following categories of recipients:

• Technical and hosting service providers
• Analytics tool providers (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Push notification service providers (Google Firebase)
• Social login service providers (Google)
• Authorized bodies under applicable law

Due to the use of Google services (Analytics, Firebase, social login), some data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area to the United States, based on appropriate legal safeguards compliant with GDPR.

The Platform may send push notifications via Google Firebase Cloud Messaging for the purpose of:

• Communicating important information related to the Platform's operation

Users can disable push notifications at any time in the application or operating system settings.

11. Data Security

The Administrator implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of processed personal data, including protection against unauthorized processing, loss, damage, or destruction.
