Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the use of the ReadAndLearn.it platform, hereinafter referred to as the "Platform". The Platform is owned by Adam Tychoniewicz, Wąska 14, 05-850 Jawczyce, Poland, hereinafter referred to as the "Owner". Using the Platform is tantamount to accepting the provisions of these Terms of Service.

2. Definitions

• Platform - the ReadAndLearn.it service comprising the website available at readandlearn.it and the mobile application for Android and iOS platforms
• User - a person using the Platform
• Account - a collection of User resources and settings on the Platform. The account name is freely chosen by the User and does not constitute personal data
• Guest Account - a temporary account allowing use of the Platform without password registration
• Content - educational materials available on the Platform

3. Rules of Using the Platform

The User undertakes to use the Platform in accordance with its purpose, legal provisions, and social norms. In particular, the following is prohibited:

• Sharing content that infringes on the rights of third parties
• Impersonating other persons
• Attempting unauthorized access to Platform systems
• Distributing viruses or other harmful software

4. User Account

To use the full functionality of the Platform, the User may create an Account. Registration requires providing an email address. The User may also choose any account name, which is not identical to their first name, last name, email, or any other personal data.

The Platform enables login using social media accounts, including Google. Login through social media accounts is subject to the privacy policies of the respective providers.

Users may use the Platform in guest mode, without the need to create an account with a password. A guest account can later be converted into a full account by adding a password or connecting it to a social media account.

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all actions performed from their Account.

The Platform stores the User's learning progress, statistics, and personalization settings to ensure learning continuity.

5. Intellectual Property

All copyrights and intellectual property rights to the Platform and Content posted on the Platform belong to ReadAndLearn.it or its licensors. The User receives a limited license to use the Content solely for personal use.

6. Liability

The Platform is not liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, except in cases provided for by mandatory legal provisions.

7. Changes to Terms of Service

The Owner reserves the right to make changes to these Terms of Service. Users will be notified of any changes with adequate notice.

8. Final Provisions

Matters not regulated by these Terms of Service shall be governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by courts with jurisdiction over the Owner's registered office.
